Who we are
A heritage of Ayurvedic healing in Tripunithura
Ayurveda — the Indian system of medicine — was the way of living in the Indian sub-continent until the Western world brought new systems of education and medicine more than 200 years ago.
After India's independence, expert Ayurvedic knowledge was preserved and advanced through the education system. The scientific understanding of Ayurveda, infused with modern technological advances, has made it one of the most favoured treatment options today.
At the heart of Ayurveda is the balance of the five universal elements within the body. An imbalance of these elements has a major impact on a person's health — and restoring that balance is the foundation of every treatment we offer.
Our lineage
Founded by the disciples of the late Sudheer Vaidhyar
S.N. Medical Center, Tripunithura (Kochi), was established by the disciples of the late Sudheer Vaidhyar, carrying forward his traditional knowledge and healing practice.
The centre is especially known for the treatment of:

Marma Chikitsa
An advanced traditional Ayurvedic treatment
Marma Chikitsa involves stimulating specific anatomical energy points in the body — known as marma points — through skilled massage and manipulation. Rooted in Kerala's healing traditions, it helps relieve pain, improve movement and support the body's natural recovery.
